Stir-fried Beefball with Green Pepper

Ingredients


  • Beef meatballs

  • Green peppers

  • Garlic


Steps for Preparing


  1. Cut the beefballs in half and finely chop the garlic.

  2. Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the chopped garlic until fragrant.

  3. Add the beefballs and stir-fry for two to three minutes..

  4. Add the green peppers and continue stir-frying.

  5. Add a suitable amount of water, cover the pan, and let it simmer for a few minutes. Then, season with salt and chicken bouillon or other seasonings of your choice.

  6. Once cooked, remove from heat and serve.
